Aesthetic Surgery Project

This new kitchen is part of a complete property refurbishment.

The clients asked me to design a scheme for their new aesthetic surgery which is within their dental practice.

They wanted the surgery designed in such a way that it could occasionally be used as a dental surgery when required.

This was a challenge because dental surgeries are very clinical and in order to add a little glamour to the space it had to meet all the requirements for safety and hygiene.

Bespoke Wall Panelling

I chose Mermaid Lagoon from Johnstone’s for the bespoke wall panelling. The paint colour added much needed colour into an otherwise grey and white room.

Back Light

The addition of a circular wooden disk which was back lit and the initials of the aesthetic nurse were added to the panelling on the back wall.

Product Display

In order to display the products used in the various treatments I designed boxes with mirrors to the inside back. This also encourages clients to make purchases.

Finishing Touches

Gold wall sconces, a gold framed chair and a tv showing all the various treatments on offer added the finishing touches.
